As Autoliv’s OneStream Consolidation Solution Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the OneStream consolidation solution, ensuring it continues to meet business requirements, reporting regulations, and best practices.
Working as an extension of the Financial Control Team, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders across Group, Divisions and Functions and our technical teams. You will support the business in day-to-day operations while ensuring high standards of data quality, governance and process integrity.
The role combines business understanding, finance expertise and system knowledge, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, simplification and long-term development of the solution.
We are looking for a finance professional with a strong combination of experience in finance, financial consolidation and systems. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field, and have a strong understanding of financial consolidation processes, including group reporting, US GAAP, IFRS/local GAAP and intercompany eliminations.
You have experience working with consolidation and reporting systems, as well as a good understanding of Record to Report processes from an end-to-end perspective. Experience working with controls, audit compliance and data integrity is important, as is previous experience within finance transformation and/or system management.
Fluency in English is required. OneStream knowledge is considered an advantage.
